Day 17 of the April Intentions yoga challenge got me out of my comfort zone yet again. I’d never tried Wild Thing (Camatkarasana). It is a lovely back bending posture, but I had no idea how to do it.
However, my intention for the day and the day’s practice was to be brave. So, I warmed up with a few Sun Salutations and when I was ready I tried it. Voila!
I’m not sure if its right, but it felt good to practice: Chest open. Back arched. Extending from my toes to the tips of my fingers. Deep, slow breaths.
